When will my order ship?


Normally your item will be shipped and you should receive tracking within 24 hours after placing your order.
Tracking may not update for 1-2 business days since it takes time for the post office to process and scan your package. If your shipment will be delayed, I will do my best to contact you via the email you provided.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes, I ship from the US to most countries.

If your country requires a tax ID or customs clearance code to receive shipments from the US, please provide it when you place your order.

Please note import duties or taxes are not included in the item price and may be charged on receipt of your shipment.
If you are unsure of these fees, please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs there may be before buying.


My item was damaged during shipping. Will you replace it?


Please contact me at [email protected] with a photo of the damage. Depending on the circumstances I can either reship or issue a refund.


My shipment was returned. Will you ship it again?


If your tracking shows your shipment was returned, please contact me at [email protected].

Please double-check your address information and be sure all required information is included (such as unit number, etc). I will reship if all information is correct and the package should be deliverable, otherwise I will need to refund your order.
